Veredis AI ("we", "us", "our") acts as the data controller for any personal data collected through our platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Veredis AI operates under a strict Zero Data Retention (ZDR) architecture for trade intelligence. Commercial invoices, bills of lading, and supply chain network data uploaded for compliance scanning are processed ephemerally in volatile memory (RAM) and are permanently destroyed immediately upon the generation of your cryptographic audit log.
We utilize enterprise-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) via secure API endpoints. Under our enterprise agreements with our AI providers, your uploaded trade data is explicitly excluded from being used to train future AI models.
To provide our Service, we store: Account credentials (email, authentication tokens), billing information via our payment processor (Stripe), and anonymized transaction IDs required for the continuous Nightly Radar monitoring service.
